1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Rollem88 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") and any person ("Player," "you," "your") who accesses, registers for or uses any product or service available on rollem88.net.

By completing the Rollem88 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion or accessing any section of the Rollem88 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules or policies published on rollem88.net, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity without proper authorisation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register for or use the Rollem88 platform. Your continued use of Rollem88 constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of the Rollem88 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You are only permitted to use Rollem88 if all of the following conditions are met:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.

Rollem88 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by Rollem88 may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3Account Registration

To access the full Rollem88 platform, you must create a single player account by completing the registration process on rollem88.net. The following account rules apply to all Filipino players:

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one Rollem88 account. Opening, operating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Rollem88 uses automated detection systems and manual review to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and any balances, including winnings and bonus funds, may be forfeited.

Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, mobile number and valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Rollem88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Rollem88 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Rollem88 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification

Rollem88 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal or at any time during your use of the platform. Verification documents typically required include a government-issued Philippine photo ID and proof of address. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.

4Deposits and Payments

All Rollem88 deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for Filipino players:

• GCash
• Maya (formerly PayMaya)
• InstaPay (Philippine bank transfer via InstaPay network)
• Direct Philippine bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount on Rollem88 is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit set by Rollem88, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits in accordance with their respective terms of service.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Rollem88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the player's name, Rollem88 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, suspend the account and withhold any winnings pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your Rollem88 account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt. In rare cases where a payment provider experiences delays, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. Rollem88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network outages outside of our control.

5Withdrawals

Filipino players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your Rollem88 account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Any active bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before the withdrawal of funds linked to those bonuses.
• Rollem88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to Philippine payment methods — GCash, Maya or a Philippine bank account — registered in the player's own name.

Processing Times

Rollem88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment method — GCash and Maya transfers are typically fastest, while Philippine bank transfers may take one to three banking days. Rollem88 is not responsible for delays arising on the receiving payment provider's end.

6Bonuses and Promotions

Rollem88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for Filipino players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and free bet credits. All Rollem88 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified Filipino players aged 21 and above only.
• Each eligible player may claim each specific Rollem88 bonus offer once unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Rollem88 may set game contribution rates — for example, live casino games may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements while certain other games may contribute a different percentage. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the period specified in the promotion terms.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Rollem88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found abusing bonus offers — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting or any other method intended to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and accounts may be suspended.

7Gaming Rules

By using any Rollem88 game — including Live Casino tables, Fish Games and any other digital game available on the platform — you agree to the following general gaming rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Rollem88 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets that have been placed and confirmed.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators for digital games, or by genuine live dealer mechanics for the Rollem88 Live Casino. Rollem88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection or system error during a game round, Rollem88 will investigate the incident and apply a resolution based on the game log data. If a round cannot be fairly determined, the bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.
• Rollem88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a system fault, incorrect odds display or data feed error.
• Players must not use automated betting software, bots or any other technology designed to provide an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table or game and are displayed within the game interface before placing any bet.

8Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Rollem88, including bets on basketball (PBA and NBA), boxing, football and other sports available on the platform:

• All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Rollem88 does not guarantee that odds will remain at any particular level.
• Rollem88 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time — including in-play betting markets — without prior notice.
• Bets on events that are postponed, cancelled or abandoned will be handled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport, which are published on the Sports Betting page.
• Rollem88 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is evidence of price errors, data feed errors or odds posted in error.
• Maximum winnings per single bet and per event may apply. Applicable limits are displayed within the sports betting interface.
• Live in-play betting is subject to additional latency considerations. Bets placed after an event result has been determined — even if not yet reflected in the live feed — may be voided by Rollem88.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including patterns consistent with match-fixing, syndicate betting or insider information, will be investigated and affected bets may be voided.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Rollem88 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and balances may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one Rollem88 account.
• Using the Rollem88 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Rollem88 platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts, fake identities or any other exploitative method.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Interfering with, hacking or attempting to compromise the Rollem88 platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using Rollem88 in any manner that violates applicable Philippine laws or regulations.

10Responsible Gaming

• Filipino players may set voluntary deposit limits, wagering limits or session time limits through their account settings at any time.

11Privacy and Data

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Rollem88 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or revenue arising from technical malfunctions, network outages or circumstances beyond Rollem88's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from use of or inability to use the Rollem88 platform.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to a player's account where Rollem88 was not at fault.
• The actions or content of third-party payment providers, game suppliers or data feed providers integrated with the Rollem88 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Rollem88's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13Suspension and Account Closure

Rollem88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• A court order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request.
• Protection of the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, Rollem88 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, available real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Filipino players who wish to voluntarily close their Rollem88 account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days and any available real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

14Amendments to These Terms

Rollem88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Rollem88 will notify registered Filipino players via the email address on file and will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Rollem88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using Rollem88 and may request account closure by contacting support.
